These are
primarily designed as Window
Decals but can also be applied to other surfaces as well.
Please note that the black is not reflective.
The flag is printed with non-reflective black on reflective vinyl. The color black does not reflect, but the stars and bars will reflect a silver or white color when light is shined on it in the dark.
The black background behind the stars and the black stripes are not reflective.
This is a package of 2 decals with one regular format with the stars on the left side and one reversed format with the stars on the right side.
