Extend hands outward and stretch cap over your head, adjusting as needed for a perfect fit. Care; rinse in cold water and wipe dry after use. Don't leave cap exposed to direct sunlight. Sprinkle inside of swim cap with talcum powder to prevent sticking. Avoid contact with sharp objects like hairpins or fingernails. Adult one size, Speedo black.
